Her programs have graduated 650+ teachers and well-being leaders who now teach internationally.
As a Full-Spectrum Doula, Amanda blends perinatal movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based support to serve birthing people and families through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Her community-centered work has been featured with Mama Glow, Nordstrom, Nuna, Brooklyn Flow, and in LGBTQIA+ youth programming through SCO’s Rainbow Warriors.
A multidisciplinary creator, Amanda is also an actress, teaching artist, and sound-healing practitioner whose offerings appear on Melissa Wood Health as a Perinatal Yoga expert. She continues to teach virtually and in person while building Gratitude Village, a community-rooted school dedicated to yoga education, leadership, and equity-driven wellness practices.
Her mission is to catalyze change by building strong communities through arts, yoga, and accessible wellness services—empowering students, clients, and future teachers to rise, reclaim space, and transform their lives from the inside out.
